出版这个专刊基于三个原因。首先，学界新近出版的汉语二语习得与教学的编著很少包括加拿大学者的文章，导致针对加拿大汉语教学的研究鲜为人知。其次，关于加拿大汉语教学的出版物大都是由外国学者编写，而加拿大学者在这个方面有着更加明显的优势，即拥有关于加拿大汉语教育的第一手资料和实际教学经验。因此，汇集加拿大学者的研究成果可以为学界了解加拿大汉语教育提供更为准确的信息。再者，加拿大汉语教学研究已经出现一些新的成果，分享这些成果，对汉语国际教育这个研究领域，特别是对了解加拿大的汉语教学，具有特殊的意义。

 

本专刊包含七篇加拿大学者的文章，内容涉及加拿大汉语教育现状和发展、汉语学习者的三声变调发音、笔划顺序与部件知识对汉字习得的影响、移民汉语教师关于中国文化的教学及其身份构建、加拿大中文项目分班测试评估，及针对日韩学生的汉语教学方法。

Abstract

This special issue is intended to showcase research achievements in Chinese language education by Canadian scholars, which are largely unknown outside the Canadian circle of Chinese language teaching and research. This introduction provides a brief review of the papers of the special issue and summarizes features of research on Chinese language education in Canada and directions of future development.
